Philippino Prisoners

They do weird stuff at prison in the philippines. IT looks fun though. I think its cool that they let prisoners have a bit of fun. haha

The caption for one of the many dances they show online is this:

his is a tribute to all Prison facilities in the Philippines (8 and counting) who are now adopting this non-violent approach to rehabilitation! Thank you, inmates deserve a second chance!
