You know the Macbook Air doesn't have a DVD/CD-rom drive? You have to buy an external one...eeeks. That would probably turn a lot of people off, including myself. hehe.

if the absence of an optical drive turns you off the MBA, then you're probably in the market for a MacBook anyway. The MBA is meant more as an addition to an already-existing desktop/network.
